It is understood that Hedong Township currently has a total of 1844 hectares of forest land and employs 3 full-time forest rangers. According to the annual assessment method of full-time forest rangers, the township forest chief's office organized personnel to conduct a work assessment of full-time forest rangers in their jurisdiction. In the assessment work, the daily patrol and resource management of each ranger are assessed, and the comprehensive score is scored in combination with the usual forest ranger work, so that the assessment work is not formalized and implemented.
