The "Architecture Readable Volunteer Alliance", initiated by the Xuhui District Cultural and Tourism Bureau in January 2018, has attracted more than 300 volunteers, including national special tour guides, registered architects, senior media personnel, teachers of Chinese as a foreign language, and even individual volunteers themselves are witnesses and experiencers of the historical stories in the buildings they serve.
