Jiwei Network news, on December 28, the first phase of the project of Svotai (Shanghai) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Svotai") landed in Baoshan High-tech Park and held a signing ceremony.

The project is committed to the heat pipe (HP), vacuum chamber vapor plate (VC), new LED integrated light source (FCCOB) as the main components of the product, to solve the problem of more than 200W chip heat dissipation. The project is implemented in two phases, one of which is the leasing park Gemdale Weixin Baoshan Intelligent Manufacturing Park, with a leased area of about 13688.8 square meters and a total investment of about 200 million yuan, which is expected to be officially put into production in June 2022.

Schwartai is led by Shanghai Chen Industrial Co., Ltd., jointly built with Dr. Jin Jide's team and the School of Microelectronics of Shanghai Fudan University, specializing in the design and development, manufacturing and sales of heat pipes, vacuum superconducting hot plates, FCCOB new LED integrated light source and other parts, semi-finished products, terminal products design and development, manufacturing and sales of production, learning and research.
