Uncle Long-legged has been with the children through letters for nearly 8 years. In the new year, Uncle Long-legged is going to meet the children in the air!
Since January 4, every Tuesday at 7 p.m., on the "Mommy Baby" program of Tianjin Economic Radio, Uncle Long-legged shares children's stories, troubles, and of course, various "whys" with everyone.
The "Uncle Long-legged Mailbox" public welfare project is a public welfare project for children's spiritual companionship launched in March 2014. Through continuous correspondence, it brings psychological companionship to children and young people, so that they can accept themselves more, have more affirmation and confidence in themselves, and develop stronger psychological resilience, so as to grow up healthier.
"Long-legged Uncle Mailbox" has been running for nearly 8 years, and there are more than 10,000 children in communication. Many children who correspond with Uncle Long-legged will write about the impact and changes they have brought to them.
Under the guidance and support of the Tianjin Women's Federation, in February 2021, @Tianjin Women and Children's Development Foundation reached a cooperation with the @"Long-legged Uncle" team to cooperate with @"Long-legged Uncle" public welfare society to jointly introduce the "Long-legged Uncle Mailbox" public welfare project into Tianjin.
This time, Tianjin Economic Radio joined hands with Uncle Long-legged, hoping to let more parents understand their children's interests and distresses, how to communicate with their children, and also let more children understand Uncle Long-legged, have the opportunity to hold hands with Uncle Long-legged, and get more support and companionship.
