In the case of a lease contract dispute between plaintiff Xu Moulin and defendant Chen Mouren, after the first instance trial of the Longhui County People's Court and the second instance trial of the Shaoyang Intermediate People's Court, the defendant Chen Mouren should pay the plaintiff Xu Moulin more than 590,000 yuan in rent, consignment fees, parking fees, etc. within 30 days after the judgment took effect. After the expiration of the performance period, the defendant Chen Mouren still did not perform, and the plaintiff had no choice but to apply to the court for compulsory enforcement.

After the case was filed and executed, the Longhui County Court served legal documents such as the enforcement notice and the property report order to the judgment debtor Chen Mouren, but Chen Mouren ignored it and did not truthfully declare his assets to the court, and the court included him in the list of untrustworthy judgment debtors in accordance with the law and restricted high consumption. After that, in order to evade enforcement, Chen Mouren played "hide and seek" with the enforcement personnel, tried every means to hide and transfer huge amounts of property, and still refused to cooperate after the court ordered him to hand over the seized property, but continued to collude with others, deliberately concealing and transferring property to resist enforcement, and the circumstances were serious. In order to crack down on refusal to enforce and maintain the authority of the law, the Longhui County Court transferred the relevant evidentiary materials of Chen Mouren's suspected refusal to carry out the crime to the Longhui County Public Security Bureau for filing and investigation in accordance with the law.

The judge reminded that performing the obligations set forth in legal documents is the legal obligation of each person subject to enforcement, and any act of ignoring the authority of the law and obstructing the enforcement activities of the people's courts will be severely punished by the law.
