Dr. Sun Yat-sen was a pioneer of the revolutionary cause in modern China, and the Xinhai Revolution he led ended China's feudal society for more than two thousand years. With the aim of "Three People's Principles", Dr. Sun Yat-sen held up the banner of anti-imperialist and anti-feudal revolution, opened a new journey in modern China, and was a well-deserved national hero.
Regarding the life of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, in addition to dedicating his life to the revolutionary cause, his emotional experience is not well known to most people. Dr. Sun Yat-sen experienced a total of five relationships, two of which were Japanese women he met while in Japan.
The first relationship, the original wife - Lu Muzhen
In 1884, the 17-year-old Lu Muzhen married the 18-year-old Sun Yat-sen. Their marriages, like most people of that era, were formed by the words of the matchmaker and the orders of their parents.
After marrying Sun Yat-sen, Lu Muzhen bore Sun Yat-sen a son and two daughters, and Sun Yat-sen's only son, Sun Ke, was born to Lu Muzhen.
After his marriage, Sun Yat-sen was busy with the revolutionary cause for many years and had little time to stay at home. All the affairs of the family, big and small, especially serving the elders of Sun, were entrusted to Lu Muzhen to take care of. Lu Muzhen could not help Sun Yat-sen in his career, but within the Sun family, Lu Muzhen was well organized, and he could be described as a good wife and mother.
In 1912, Lu Muzhen filed for divorce from Dr. Sun Yat-sen because she was illiterate and a foot-binding woman in the countryside, and it was difficult to even walk, let alone help Sun Yat-sen in her career. To this end, Lu Muzhen insisted on divorcing Dr. Sun Yat-sen.
After the divorce, Sun Yat-sen always regarded Lu Muzhen as his relative and told her: You will always be a member of the Sun family, and Sun Ke will always be your son.
Sun Yat-sen was busy with the revolutionary cause for many years and did not have time to take care of household chores, so the sun family's big and small affairs were still taken care of by Lu Muzhen. Sun Yat-sen often wrote letters to Lu Muzhen during his busy schedule, and the envelope read "Lady Lu received", but the letter referred to Lu Muzhen as "Kemu" and himself as "Ke father". Sun Yat-sen used this to express his respect and gratitude to the original Lu clan.
The second relationship, the side room - Chen Pufen
Chen Pufen was a follower and admirer of Sun Yat-sen's revolutionary cause, and was introduced to Sun Yat-sen by others, responsible for taking care of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's daily life and personal guard work.
Chen Pufen followed Sun Yat-sen for fourteen years. Before Sun Yat-sen went into exile in Japan, he planned four armed uprisings, of which Chen Pufen always accompanied Dr. Sun Yat-sen, helping Mr. Sun Yat-sen to contact revolutionaries, contact and pass on intelligence.
In those years of accompanying Sun Yat-sen, Chen Pufen naturally became Sun Yat-sen's side room. Although Chen Did not give birth to any heirs for Sun Yat-sen, she was one of the most important helpers in Sun Yat-sen's early revolutionary cause.
In 1960, Chen Pufen died of illness in Hong Kong. In 1980, Chen Pufen's grave was moved from the descendants of the Sun family to the ancestral tomb of the Sun family in Cuiheng Village, which is a recognition of Chen Pufen by the Sun family.

Asada Haru was a Japanese woman who, after Sun Yat-sen's unsuccessful planning of an armed uprising, was wanted by the Qing government and had to go into exile in Japan, living in the home of his overseas Chinese friend Mr. Wen Bingchen. Kaoru Ōtsuki was also a Japanese woman who was a neighbor of Sun Yat-sen's apartment in Yamashita town, Yokohama, Japan. At that time, the Ōtsuki Kaoru family lived upstairs in Sun Yat-sen, and once, because Ōtsuki Kaoru accidentally broke a vase, the water in the vase flowed to Sun Yat-sen's residence downstairs.

In the subsequent meetings and contacts, Sun Yat-sen and Ōtsuki Kaoru gradually became acquainted, and Sun Yat-sen expressed his love for Ōtsuki Kaoru and made a request to Otsuki Kaoru's father to marry his beloved daughter.
Kaoru Ōtsuki's father refused Sun Yat-sen's request for marriage on the grounds that his daughter was still young. Perhaps it was Sun Yat-sen's true feelings that touched Otsuki Kaoru, or perhaps it was Sun Yat-sen's personality charm that made Otsuki Kaoru's father admire. A year later, Kaoru Ōtsuki's father agreed to marry his daughter to Sun Yat-sen.
In 1903, the 15-year-old Kaoru Ōtsuki married the 37-year-old Sun Yat-sen, and the two held a wedding ceremony at the Asama Shrine in Yokohama. After getting married, Kaoru Ōtsuki became pregnant with Dr. Sun Yat-sen's child. Unfortunately, due to the busyness of the revolutionary cause, Sun Yat-sen did not have time to wait for the birth of his child, so he left Japan for official duties.
After leaving this time, Sun Yat-sen never had the opportunity to see Kaoru Ōtsuki again, nor did he see the child that Kaoru Ōtsuki gave birth to him a few months later. Kaoru Ōtsuki gave birth to a girl for Sun Yat-sen, named Fumiko, whose Japanese pronunciation is very similar to "Sun Wen".
The fifth relationship - Song Qingling
As the most familiar of the five emotional protagonists of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Soong Ching Ling's name can be said to be a household name. In addition to being the wife of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, he was also one of the founders of the Republic and a meritorious person at the founding of New China.
When Soong Ching Ling was just born and was still in his infancy, Sun Yat-sen, who was a good friend with his parents, once met Soong Ching Ling. That year Sun Yat-sen was 28 years old, and Soong Ching-ling was only 1 year old. At that time, people would never have thought that twenty years later, two people would fall in love and enter marriage.
In 1913, Soong Ching-ling, who had returned from his studies in the United States, came to Sun Yat-sen's side as a secretary and helped Sun Yat-sen deal with some work matters.

Soong Ching-ling's parents were close friends of Sun Yat-sen, and they did not want Soong Ching-ling to agree to the marriage on the grounds that Sun Yat-sen was too old. Song Qingling, who has long been trapped in love and cannot extricate himself, did not obey his parents' wishes.
In 1925, Soong Ching Ling escaped from his home and went alone to Sun Yat-sen, who was working in Japan, and on October 25 of that year, he held a grand and formal wedding with Sun Yat-sen in Japan.

In 1925, during the negotiations in Beijing, Sun Yat-sen suffered from severe liver disease due to years of overwork, and finally lay down in bed and became terminally ill.
