The Ten Hui Group was fined 300,000 yuan for not delivering goods to consumers!

On January 10, Zhongxin Jingwei learned from the website of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System that Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 300,000 yuan for not shipping to consumers for reasons such as commodity quality problems, nor did it reissue and cancel orders.

According to the administrative punishment information disclosed by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, after investigation, Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the business activities of the mobile APP network platform "Shihui Tuan", engaged in the sale of vegetables, fruits, food, daily necessities, electronic products, communication equipment and other commodities, and publishes publicity content such as product pictures, text, remaining quantities sold, and prices on the platform.

From April to July 2021, 11 consumer complaints reflected the purchase of goods on their platforms: 2 barrels of blended oil purchased on April 20, 79.8 yuan; 5 barrels of soybean oil purchased on April 20, 229.5 yuan; 2 boxes of Moutai wine purchased on May 5, 39,988 yuan; 2 Apple mobile phones purchased on June 26, 10,996 yuan; 10 Apple mobile phones purchased on June 29 and 30, 55,260 yuan; and 1 green pepper and 1 piece of forefoot meat on July 6, 10.69 yuan each On July 11, 1 piece of avocado and milk were purchased for 12.58 yuan each; on July 9, 3 pieces of Sprite and pearl rice were purchased for 187.97 yuan; on July 3, 1 piece of Yuxiang rice was purchased for 55 yuan; on June 29, 4 Apple mobile phones were purchased for 22,104 yuan; and on June 26, 1 Apple mobile phone was purchased for 5495 yuan. All orders were placed and paid successfully, involving a total amount of about 134,000 yuan.

According to the administrative penalty information, Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd. did not ship to consumers due to commodity quality problems, the wrong number of goods on the shelves of merchants, the wrong number of inventory settings of merchants, and losses in packaging and transportation, nor did it reissue and cancel orders.

In summary, the Beijing Chaoyang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered it to correct the above illegal acts and decided to fine 300,000 yuan.
