Speaking of feng shui, I believe that many people are not unfamiliar with this word, and nowadays many people, especially the wealthier class, value feng shui more. Many people say that feng shui is superstition, but in fact, the two are not equal. To some extent, there must be a reason why feng shui can last for thousands of years without disappearing. Some netizens even commented on feng shui, "An academic that can be passed down for thousands of years and is immortal, there must be its superiority, I and other mortals have pity and believe in it, but cannot believe in its nothing." But even if there is a blessed land, it will be those who do good deeds and accumulate virtues, and only then will they be able to obtain it. ”
Today I am going to talk to you about a story about feng shui. It is well known that the ancient ruling class paid special attention to feng shui issues, such as the fact that the choice of place for the mausoleum was very deliberate. Of course, there is also a saying in ancient times that if the ancestral cemetery is a feng shui treasure land, future generations may even appear emperors. The following author will introduce you to the prophecy of a Feng Shui gentleman of the Song Dynasty to a treasure land of feng shui, this person is Lai Wenjun (1101-1126), who is known as the "Prophet Mountain Man".
Hong Xiuquan launched the Jintian Rebellion in 1851, which was a heavenly balance movement that shook the foundation of the Qing Dynasty, and it is said that Hong Xiuquan's almighty history was because the ancestral tomb was located on the feng shui treasure land, which was locally called "Furong Mountain". Lai Wenjun of the Song Dynasty passed by this place, believing that this was the land of Longxing, and left an ancient poem to prophesilate, "The head is high and the ground is high, and the foot is on the altar of the land." There is a shipwreck on the right and a warbler bee sinus on the left. The fish put the mouth of the water, and the lion elephant guarded the gatehouse. Whoever is buried in the middle, acts as a prince. ”
During the Jiaqing period, a hong family in Shikeng Town, Meixian County, Guangdong Province, relocated their family to Fuyuanshui Village in Huaxian County due to unrest. Shortly after coming here to live, Hong Xiuquan's ancestor Hong Laohan died, and he was initially buried near Fuyuan Water Village. Because Hong Yinglun, the second son of Hong Laohan, had some knowledge of feng shui physiognomy, he learned of Furong Ridge's feng shui poems, so he went to Furong Ridge to investigate according to the poem, and found that this place was indeed a treasure of feng shui. So he chose a very good location, moved his father's body here, and rebuilt the cemetery.
Soon after Hong Xiuquan successfully launched the Jintian Rebellion, the Qing court secretly ordered Mou Chongling of ZhiXian County, Hua County, where Hong Xiuquan's hometown was located, to dig up Hong Xiuquan's ancestral grave. In February of the third year of Xianfeng (1853 AD), the Qing court saw that the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement was gaining momentum, so the Qing court once again ordered local officials to cut off the back vein of Hong Xiuquan's ancestral tomb and cut off its "dragon vein".
In March 1853, after two years of fighting by the Taiping Army, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom set the capital nanjing and changed Nanjing to Tianjing, and Hong Xiuquan became emperor. To some extent, Feng Shui Mr. Lai Wenjun's prediction of that year was realized more than seven hundred years later.
