The movie "Rex the War Dog" is based on the real events of American female soldier Megan Levy and the military dog Rex. Meghan was taken to baghdad hospital because of her injuries, and the war dog Ricks stayed in the camp and handed over to other dog trainers. This is the first time Megan and Rex have been separated.
