Yu Wanglong said that he has united the upstream and downstream ceramic enterprises of various industrial chains in Jingdezhen, and based on this, he has focused on the exploration and exploration of ceramic aesthetics, the research and creation of ceramic works, and the transmission and promotion of ceramic culture. At the same time, the traditional employment model of fixed porcelain craftsmen in the past has been changed to a new cooperation model of flexible craftsmen.
