Our city is located in the core area of the Lanbai Metropolitan Circle, which is the main traffic route from Inner Mongolia and Ningxia to Lanzhou, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complex and severe. According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of "external prevention of import and output, internal prevention of rebound and proliferation", the following notice is hereby issued on the prevention and control of the epidemic in our city:

First, implement road control

1. From now on, traffic control will be implemented at all entrances and exits of the city's expressways (G6 Expressway Baiyin West, Baiyin East, Wujiachuan, Xiangquan, Xindun, Wangjiashan, Liuzhaike, Dingwu Expressway Jingtai, Sitan, Uma Expressway Jingtainan, Zhenglu, Qinglan Expressway Huining, Dachangchuan, Taipingdian), national and provincial highways, county and township road entrances and exits.

2. Vehicles from other places do not enter the Baiyin Urban Area, do not stay, and detour through. Take National Highway 109 and take the 341 detour. Vehicles transporting epidemic prevention and control materials and production and living materials enter and exit the urban area with "two codes and two certificates" (health code, itinerary code, negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, and vehicle passes jointly issued by the medical material support group and the traffic quarantine team of the county and district epidemic prevention and control leading group).

3. Silver local vehicles do not need to go out, and if they really need to go out, they must hold a permit issued by the epidemic prevention and control office of the county and district.

Second, reduce the gathering of people

1. According to the needs of work tasks, all units in the city can temporarily work from home for one week, and some staff can go to the community to participate in community epidemic control and help do related work.

2. Public security patrol personnel should do a good job in the evacuation of all kinds of people gathered in the streets and alleys, persuade citizens to wear masks on the streets, try to stay at home, and reduce outdoor activities.

3. All kinds of schools do a good job in nucleic acid testing and environmental disinfection of students and teachers, and provide traditional Chinese medicine decoction every day to prevent the epidemic.

Where there is any previous inconsistency with this Notice, this Notice shall prevail.
