In fact, most people cannot dominate their own minds, so what controls their minds? Answer: Desire, attachment, separation. When the world suddenly rises up with this, they rush to pursue this; the world suddenly arises that, and they chase after that. Do you need it? I don't know. They are just unconsciously pulled by desire. In the endless pursuit of desires, or the loss of unsatisfied desires, many people become very anxious. Therefore, most of the psychology of modern people is in a sub-healthy state, and some people suffer from evil diseases at a very young age because of long-term anxiety and depression. Are there many such people? Very much. Many people's hearts are facing a huge dilemma.

Those who have their own hearts are always compared with themselves, not with the world. As long as he understands a little, is a little happier, and lets go a little, he feels that he has succeeded. Because his purpose is to perfect his personality and reinvent himself, not to defeat the world. Even if he's a villain now, it doesn't matter. As long as he knows this, he can still make progress day by day, and he will definitely become a gentleman in the end. That's when he succeeded.

Human culture must be higher than the current situation of human beings, so that human beings can have hope and yearning; if human culture is similar to the current situation of human beings, or it is lower than the current situation of human beings, then human beings not only have no hope, no yearning, but also inevitably degenerate. Therefore, human culture must transcend a small group, even a large country, and it must be like the sun, illuminating all beings who are willing to stand in the sun, whether it is human beings or animals.
