Cai Jianwen said that the mainland's Copyright Law clearly stipulates that copying, distributing, screening, broadcasting, compiling, or disseminating his works to the public through information networks without the permission of the copyright owner is an act of infringement; the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication on Information Networks" promulgated by the State Council stipulates that any organization or individual who provides other people's works, performances, audio or video recordings to the public through the information network shall obtain permission from the right holder and pay remuneration , openly entering the author's article without authorization is a typical violation of the author's rights and interests, and he must defend his rights through legal means. ”
