Today is the Lantern Festival. The fifteenth day of the first month is the first full moon night after the Spring Festival, on this day, the flower lanterns are naturally indispensable. In addition to the Yu garden lantern festival in the city center, the Luodian Lantern Festival is also a big Lantern festival in Shanghai. At night, it is not only a variety of colorful flower lanterns, but also a taste of Luodian fish balls and the art of the tip of the tongue. This year, the Baoshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Conservation Center also joined hands with MCN agency Xianzi Culture to invite bloggers to act as "intangible cultural heritage guardians" and broadcast live on the day of the Lantern Festival, showing the wonderful Lantern Festival to more audiences.
According to Yan Ping, the inheritor of Luodian lanterns, the art of Luodian lanterns has a long history, starting with the form of origami art, and later this craft developed into an advanced form and evolved into a colorful lantern. Luodian lanterns are divided into three categories, namely seated lanterns, hanging lanterns and performance lanterns.
Among them, the rabbit lamp is one of the more common hanging lanterns. Every year during the Lantern Festival, children have to pull different shapes of rabbit lights to run on the street to appreciate each other, because the folklore of rabbit lights is to welcome the rabbit god to be able to harvest grains, and where the rabbit lights go, it means that the auspicious and good are transported there, and the rabbit lights also express people's beautiful expectations for reunion.
The Luodian lanterns combined with the tubu reflect the profound historical and cultural heritage of the ancient town. According to legend, during the Yuan Dynasty, Zodiac Bo passed by Luodian and passed on the skill of spinning and weaving to the people of Luodian. In fact, during the Qing Dynasty, Luodian also rose up with the development of cotton planting and cotton textile industry, so Luodian Tubu is very famous. The combination of Luodian's native cloth and Luodian lanterns creatively injects new vitality into Luodian lanterns, and also more clearly reflects the local characteristics.
The lantern group in this exhibition not only exceeded the previous year, with a total of 25 days of lights, but also extended from The Flower God Square to Baoshan Temple.
In the production of lanterns, a professional team was invited to participate in planning and production, fully integrating the cultural elements of Luodian such as dragon boats, flower gods, fish balls, and scientific and technological elements such as biomedicine and Beidou navigation into the lanterns, and launched the image IP "LuoDuoduo" inspired by the Luodian flower god "cotton".
The entrance to the square is a combination of "flying flowers like a dream", which adopts the concept of painting pictures and raw flowers, and tells everyone the essence of the history of Luodian for more than 700 years in the bustling bloom.
The main lamp "Climbing Mountains and Going to sea" takes "Tiger Zodiac, Luodian Dragon Boat, Cotton Xiangyun, Yuandai Qingshan, Shengcai Tree" as elements, showing the momentum of Luodian's economic and social development and the dragon and tiger spirit of Luodian people climbing mountains and going to sea and bravely climbing to the peak.
On one side of the square, the "Pan Ying Elixir" light group shows Luodian practicing the integration development strategy of industry and city; the "Yuyu Jiuxiao" light group on the other side is composed of satellites, rockets, Kong Ming lanterns and other elements.
The "Endless" lamp group takes the loom as the main element to restore the thriving scene of the cotton industry and trade of "Jinluodian"; the "Delicious Fresh Town" lamp group takes Luodian fish rounds, smallpox jade dew cream and other intangible cultural heritage snacks as elements; "Lantern Sea Dragon" adopts important symbols such as Luodian Dragon Boat, Luodian Lantern and Twelve Flower Gods. In addition, there are fluorescent chandeliers scattered throughout the woods that resemble starry skies to bring poetry and romance, auspiciousness and happiness to the ancient town.
Pure and auspicious lotus lanterns are decorated around Baoshan Temple, and the IP "Luo Duoduo" holds lotus flowers in the corner of the intersection to pray for the people. On the road of Luoxi Road, there are intangible cultural lanterns painted in the style of flower windows with traditional ornamental elements of Luodian, creating a strong festive atmosphere.
