Especially in the context of concentrated travel of vehicles on holidays. A difficult to find, charging efficiency has become the biggest anxiety of new energy car owners. Is there a better solution so far?
The China Consumers Association released the "Spring Festival Consumer Rights Protection Public Opinion Analysis Report" monitoring and found that during the Spring Festival in 2022, consumer complaints mainly focused on travel, shopping, leisure and entertainment. During the Spring Festival monitoring period, the China Consumers Association collected 278137 negative information on "traffic travel", an average of about 34,767 per day, and the topic mainly pointed to the problem of high-speed traffic jams. Some high-speed service area charging stations have once again lined up in long lines, which is more or less than during the National Day.
As early as January 21, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Service Guarantee Capacity of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure. According to the opinions, in 2025, the coverage rate of fast charging stations in the expressway service area of the national ecological civilization pilot zone and the key area of air pollution prevention and control will not be less than 80%, and the coverage rate of other areas will not be less than 60%.
This means that by 2025, 60% of the country's service areas will be equipped with fast-charging charging piles. However, in the eyes of some industry insiders, the construction layout of fast charging piles is not the only solution to solve the charging difficulties in the highway service area.
If you want to solve the problem of difficult charging on holidays, at least more than 100 charging facilities should be arranged in the key service areas of the trunk line. However, in addition to more than twenty days of holidays a year, these charging piles will also be in a large number of idle situations, it is difficult to play their due role, while also increasing the cost of maintenance.
This year, in response to the problem of electric vehicle charging difficulties, some service areas have deployed mobile charging equipment to provide charging service guarantees for car owners who drive electric vehicles during the Spring Festival, which greatly alleviates the charging problem of highway electric vehicles.
Even so, the centralized travel experience in the holiday will still be pulled down by the shortcomings of the relevant service supply, and the improvement, optimization and acceleration of the quality and efficiency of public service supply still face many problems.
To alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of new energy vehicle charging facilities, it is necessary to come up with practical policy support, but also to encourage and guide industry enterprises to accelerate the formation of charging convenience and port adaptability through technological upgrading; through the level upgrade of management and operation means, accelerate the rationality of the construction layout, the normalization of daily maintenance of charging piles, reduce the waiting time during the holiday period of car owners, and improve the average utilization rate of charging piles.
