Loan scams
On February 19, 2022, Mr. Chen, who lives in Jiangnan District, Nanning City, received a strange call from the other party, saying that he could provide loan services for Mr. Chen. So Mr. Chen added the so-called "customer service" WeChat, and downloaded and installed the "loan APP" sent by the other party; when he wanted to withdraw cash after applying for a loan, he could not withdraw cash, and the "customer service" tricked Mr. Chen into sending money to the designated account to unfreeze the account on the grounds of operation errors, the account was frozen, and the credit needed to be swiped, and a total of 26,000 yuan was defrauded.
Case studies
The fraudster contacts the victim by telephone or social networking software, and after defrauding his trust, asks the victim to download the fake fraudulent loan APP. When the victim applies for cash withdrawal in the loan APP, he fabricates various reasons to trick the other party into transferring money and remittance, and immediately blocks the victim after the money is in hand.

Loans need to take formal channels, through banks and other financial institutions to make loans, greedy for small and cheap people to take abnormal channels, will fall into the trap set by criminals.

The formal loan platform will not charge any fees to the borrower before lending, as long as it is a loan business that needs to pay fees online, do not believe it, beware of being deceived.
