Polar star O aims to provide motorists with a smart, light and confident driving experience, and predictability and fun add to this exciting experience. The car will use a new customized all-aluminum bonding platform developed by the Polestar UK team for polestar 5, with inherent advantages such as tighter body control, extremely high rigidity and agile dynamic response.
The high quality and rigidity of the all-aluminium bonding platform contribute to the dynamic response of the vehicle. Smaller roll angles and higher roll resistance also improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle's handling, making the steering more linear and precise, and the steering wheel feels real and textured.

It is fully verified that the new brand design language of Polarstar can be widely used in different body forms, but it has always maintained a strong family recognition. Sustainability and leading technology
Demonstrating its leadership in sustainability and technology, Polestar O has widely applied a new thermoplastic monomer material in the interior, that is, the use of monomer base materials to manufacture different interior accessories.
In the interior of Polar star O, the recycled polyester fiber material is widely used as a single interior material on the soft parts of the car, including foam, adhesive, 3D knitted fiber and non-woven fabric lamination, which is not only conducive to simplifying the steps of recycling, but also reduces the weight and waste problems, which is an important step to improve the recyclability of the material.
Polestar's sustainability team believes that the responsible use of raw materials should be fully recycled, not degraded. At Polestar O, the team integrated a new approach to managing the application of recyclable materials in products and improving the recyclability of metal parts. Different grades of aluminium are used in the chassis, giving the driver an exciting driving experience.
These different grades of aluminum have their own labels, which is conducive to easier and accurate classification in the future recycling process, retaining the characteristics of the material itself and improving recycling efficiency. In today's ubiquitous social media, Polestar O is equipped with an automatic aerial drone behind the rear seat of the vehicle. Developed in collaboration with Aerofugia's consumer electronics brand Hoco Flow, the concept drone can take off while the car is driving and capture the perfect driving footage.
Polarstar engineers have developed an exclusive rear wing that creates a negative pressure area at the rear of the vehicle suitable for drone take-off, making it a smooth take-off even while the vehicle is on the move. The drone can operate fully automatically and automatically follow vehicles with a maximum speed of 90 km/h. Drivers can choose between "High Altitude Surround Mode" (ideal for coastal cruise shooting) or "Sport Follow-up" mode to record more dynamic driving shots. After the shooting is complete, the drone can automatically return to the car. When the vehicle is parked, the driver can edit and share video footage directly from the 15-inch center display.
