The 15 executive committee members of the Yujiahu Subdistrict Women's Federation come from all walks of life, including front-line personnel and executives of enterprises, as well as village and community cadres. Yang Jingjing gave full play to the role of the executive committee, relying on the women's home position, organizing and carrying out special activities such as employment and entrepreneurship, family education, and volunteer service. The "Loving Mothers" volunteer group established by Huaxin Cement Company in the park pays attention to left-behind children, continues to help "Hubei Virtue Teenagers", participates in the environmental governance around Yujia Lake, visits the poor elderly, and passes on women's love and dedication to more people, establishing a good social image of Huaxin people.
In 2020, due to the impact of the epidemic, the development of enterprises encountered a crisis. Yang Jingjing actively participated in the activity of "100 cadres entering 100 enterprises", sent preferential policies to enterprises, and became a "shop small two" of service enterprises. She assisted 63 enterprises to resume work and production, matched stranded returnees, college graduates and female employment groups with enterprises in the park, carried out online recruitment, and solved the labor gap of more than 200 people for enterprises, achieving a win-win situation between epidemic prevention and control and economic development.
She organized the Zhoujiachong Community Women's Federation to carry out red education activities in the joint kindergarten, led the children to visit the red exhibition room of retired soldiers in the community, and carried out the activity of singing red songs to celebrate the National Day by telling the stories behind the medals of the older generation of revolutionary soldiers, so that the children could receive the baptism of revolutionary traditional education and inherit the patriotic spirit.
