In order to create a good smoke-free environment, the Taohuayuan Management District actively carries out tobacco control work in accordance with the standards for smoke-free scenic spots promulgated by the national health department.
First, unify understanding and strengthen leadership. Set up special activity groups, clarify responsibilities, standardize management, formulate relevant systems and measures for tobacco control work, and convene special meetings to conscientiously deploy arrangements to ensure that the work is implemented in place.
Second, strengthen publicity and create an atmosphere. Organize employees to study the "Regulations on the Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places" and "Protect Non-Smokers from Tobacco Hazards" and other relevant contents, improve people's understanding of tobacco control, everyone participates in tobacco control activities, and creates a good atmosphere for tobacco control. At the same time, through the form of newspaper columns, slogans, briefings and other forms, multi-channel tobacco control publicity was carried out, and more than 1,000 copies of smoking cessation publicity materials were distributed to tourists, units stationed in the mountains and operators, creating a fresh, healthy and civilized tourism environment.
Third, the measures are comprehensive and effectively implemented. In areas such as office buildings and surrounding intersections, non-smoking areas such as various teams and stations, set up conspicuous anti-smoking signs. Indoor and outdoor unified posting of anti-smoking signs, must not place smoking utensils (smoke cylinders), the ground must not have cigarette butts, soot, visiting reception to achieve "three noes"; strengthen the inspection of tobacco control places, staff uninterrupted inspection, timely stop smoking behavior.
Fourth, improve the system and strengthen supervision. Improve the inspection system, establish an assessment mechanism, the tobacco control leading group conducts regular special inspections of tobacco control work from time to time, supervises the progress of the implementation of tobacco control in various departments, forms a strong regulatory atmosphere, and maintains a smoke-free environment in the jurisdiction.
