In order to effectively grasp the forest fire prevention work and improve the actual combat level of forest fire emergency rescue, on March 9, the Comprehensive Department organized an emergency drill for command vehicles.
The drill took the emergency rescue command vehicle as the center, and comprehensively used high-definition video surveillance, high-definition unmanned aerial vehicles, wireless individual soldier image transmission, mobile relay, three-dimensional GIS platform, digital intercom and other systems to conduct field drills in accordance with the three steps of command vehicle positioning, system operation, and on-site data backhaul.
In accordance with the simulation drill of the fire rescue process, the technicians started all the system equipment in the command vehicle in the shortest possible time, optimized the performance and command operation of each system platform, carried out on-site data backhaul, intercom response and signal testing for individual soldiers and vehicle-mounted video equipment, and started the UAV for aerial on-site monitoring to achieve all-round dead-angle stereoscopic monitoring. The drill also focused on on-site operations such as fire point positioning, rescue path, and intelligent analysis in the 3D GIS platform. During the exercise, each equipment and system operates efficiently and normally to ensure real-time data backhaul at any time. The whole exercise achieved rapid response, rapid action, proficiency in operation, and achieved good results.
Through this exercise, the sense of responsibility and urgency of forest fire prevention was further enhanced, the ability to deal with intelligent fire prevention and handling was tested, and a forest fire prevention information technology team capable of recruiting good battles was forged, laying a solid foundation for providing strong and powerful technical support for forest fire prevention in scenic spots.Contributed by: General Department
