But the situation seems to have changed, some giants have taken action, TSMC, Intel, etc. have announced the cessation of shipments to Russia, including Ericsson also officially announced the suspension of shipments.
Originally, Ericsson had planned to deploy 5G networks in Russia, install and debug some equipment, and even signed a cooperation agreement with MTS, the largest operator in Russia, in October 2021 to provide 5G equipment for the other party to step up the construction of 5G networks.
But people are not as good as heaven, Ericsson did not expect such a thing to happen, but from Ericsson's point of view, can you remain silent and not respond? I am afraid it is unlikely, because Ericsson is headquartered in Sweden, and Sweden's attitude is obvious, from the moment it rejects Huawei's 5G, it already explains where Sweden is.

The reason for this is obvious, now Huawei is the only supplier that can ship to Russia in a large area, and the rest of the telecom equipment suppliers such as Samsung and Cisco are either not strong enough or have also made a side action. Huawei has remained silent from beginning to end, and there are some precedents for cooperation between Huawei and Russia.
Perhaps in the stalls where giants such as Ericsson and Nokia stop shipping, Huawei can get greater shipping opportunities.
