On March 14, the And04 shuttle station of Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village ushered in the departure peak of relevant personnel of the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympic Games, and all the personnel in the business field braved the rain to stick to their posts and bid farewell to athletes from all over the world. As of 9 o'clock on the 15th, the 37 delegations and athletes staying in the Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village had basically all left the country, and the number of departures was 481.
Due to the large number of departures and the dense time period, as early as before leaving, the yanqing winter paralympic village outreach team confirmed the departure information with the delegations, formulated the flight departure schedule, and the staff and volunteers were on duty in batches for 24 hours.
The AND04 shuttle bus station is the first stop to enter the Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village and the last stop to leave the village. The volunteers took the initiative to wave goodbye to the delegation at the athletes' shuttle bus station and bid farewell to international friends in various forms. A South Korean official was also very reluctant when he left, sharing Korean food with the staff of Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village before boarding the bus, and making a "heart-to-heart" gesture to volunteers and staff through the window after boarding the car.
"It's hard to say goodbye, but athletes and team officials from all over the world are welcome to come back to Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village!" Sun Lixiang, deputy manager of the Reception and Visitor Center of Yanqing Winter Paralympic Village, who participated in the farewell at the scene, said.
