The key points of work are divided into 15 contents: improving the automotive technical standard system, comprehensively promoting the automotive standardization work, the field of new energy vehicles, the field of intelligent and connected vehicles, the field of automotive electronics, the field of automotive chips, the field of energy consumption, the field of carbon emissions, the field of automotive safety, the field of traditional vehicles, the field of parts and components, strengthening the coordination of global technical regulations, deeply participating in the formulation of international technical standards, and pragmatically promoting the exchange and cooperation of Chinese and foreign standards. Among them, in terms of new energy vehicles, the state will accelerate the construction and improvement of the electric vehicle charging and replacing standard system, and promote the formulation of standards for pure electric vehicle vehicle replacement system, power exchange general platform, and power exchange battery pack.

In the field of intelligent networked vehicles, the state will promote the preparation of draft standards for general requirements of L3 and above such as automatic driving function requirements, design and operating conditions and on-board positioning systems of intelligent connected vehicles, complete the formulation and release of test method standards such as closed sites, actual roads and simulations, and carry out standard verification tests for L2-level combined driver assistance systems, and strongly support the management of intelligent networked automobile enterprises and product access.
