BYD's new Don EV will open pre-sale as soon as late March and will be available in late April. The new Tang EV will be available in two versions, single motor and dual motor, with a maximum cruising range of 730 km for the two-wheel drive model and 635 km for the four-wheel drive model under comprehensive working conditions.
The body of the new Don EV has been enlarged from the current model, and a 6-seat version has been added to the 7-seater version. In terms of power, the maximum power of the single motor is 180kW, the maximum power of the dual motor is 380kW, and the acceleration time of the four-wheel drive version of 100 km/h is only 4.4 seconds.
In terms of appearance, the new car adopts the latest Dragon Face 3.0 design language of the family, the front face is replaced by a closed network design similar to that of Han EV and Song PLUS EV, and the side of the car still adopts the design of the suspended roof that hides the B/C/D pillar, and the through-type taillights are still retained, and the details such as the rear surround are adjusted.
