First of all, optimize the family education environment so that children can grow mentally and healthily. First, parents should adjust their expectations in a timely manner and put forward realistic expectations and requirements for their own situation. At the same time, enrich learning and life, according to the psychological characteristics and hobbies of children at different ages, create a space for children to fully develop their physical and mental potential. Otherwise, it will increase the psychological burden and pressure of the child. The second is to adjust the family atmosphere and parent-child relationship.
