Huang Xinlu, born on September 13, 1963, is a party member and graduate of the First Aviation College of the Air Force, and works at the Xuchang Branch of the Bank of China. He is currently a national first-class artist, a member of henan provincial artists association, a director of China Financial Artists Association (national level in financial circles), a vice chairman of the Bank of China Artists Association, the vice president of China Shaolin Temple - Shaolin Calligraphy and Painting Institute, a distinguished visiting professor of the School of Design and Art of Xuchang University in Henan Province, a distinguished visiting professor of Xuchang Electric Vocational College of Henan Province - School of Art, and the vice president of Xuchang Qinghe Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
Since childhood, he has loved the art and culture of calligraphy and painting. He is especially good at painting Large Freehand Chinese Painting and Fountain Pen Painting, and has studied in Hangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing Academy of Painting and PEOPLE's Liberation Army Academy of Arts. His creative works have participated in national, provincial, municipal, military and financial system calligraphy and painting competitions for many times, and have won many awards and made meritorious contributions.
For more than 30 years, he has successively engaged in the organization and propaganda, combat training and military affairs of a certain department of the Air Force Aviation Corps and the Xuchang Military Sub-district, and has been working in the xuchang branch of the Bank of Henan Province, the hometown of the beautiful flower capital, after changing careers.
