The production line came off the production line in white, marking another solid step towards mass production of HiPhi Z.

In order to realize the unique design of the Star Ring ISD light curtain on the HiPhi Z body, the engineers broke through the riveting and welding process to apply to the white car body, replacing the traditional hemming process, and realized the innovative structure of hidden external water cut sheet metal that can meet the isD light curtain installation without weakening the structural strength. Structural steel with a thickness of up to 1.5 mm was added to the side waistline to further ensure the stiffness and structural safety at the side ISD light curtain.
At the same time, The iconic two-door design of Gaohe Automobile has also been completely retained, in order to better balance safety and body durability, engineers have optimized the body structure design, support and articulation structure of the door opening, so that the service life of the door opening reaches more than 100,000 times. In addition, the four doors and door anti-collision bars of the whole car are made of aviation aluminum alloy, and the bending resistance is as high as 16,000 N, which effectively improves the lateral passive safety factor of the body.
The Gaohe HiPhi Z mass production final model was officially released in November 2021, and the final mass production version of the model was originally planned to be officially unveiled and pre-sold at the Beijing Auto Show, and with the postponement of the Beijing Auto Show, the official release time of the HiPhi Z has become uncertain. However, officials have confirmed that HiPhi Z will be officially delivered to customers within this year.
