According to the latest report of @Phoenix.com Technology, in response to the xiaomi v. Ling Jianping case, the plaintiff Xiaomi company filed an application for conduct preservation with the Beijing Internet Court on March 30, 2022, requesting the court to rule that the respondent Ling Jianping immediately delete the articles and videos that infringed the applicant's right to reputation published on the relevant social media platforms.
On April 25, the Beijing Municipal Internet Court issued an injunction in litigation, and the civil ruling supported Xiaomi's request, ruling that Ling Jianping, a self-media outlet, deleted its infringing article and requested that the ruling be enforced immediately after service.
However, as of press time, Ling Jianping did not implement the content of the ruling.
In addition, at present, the public account of the self-media is still publishing some articles attacking Xiaomi.
