Tech Planet has learned that JD Group issued an announcement on the evening of May 4 that it will register common stock holders and American depositary shares holders after the market closure on May 20, 2022, Beijing/Hong Kong time and New York time. The total amount of this special dividend will be approximately $2 billion.
At the same time, JD.com announced that it will release an unaudited performance report for the first quarter of 2022 before the U.S. stock market on May 17, 2022.
