On the afternoon of November 8, he and the main actors of the new film, Yu Tongfei, Jing Ke, Peng Bo and Zhang Qiyan, came to the Beicang Library in Jiangbei District, Chongqing City, and held the launching ceremony and press conference of the film "Why Sunshine". It is worth mentioning that the famous Chongqing actor Peng Bo will also participate in the performance. The film was filmed in Chongqing, and all the actors in the film will also be shot in Chongqing dialect.
It is reported that "Why Sunshine" is produced by Xi'an Huasong Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Mamo Fashion Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Chongqing Zhongyan Baya Culture Media Co., Ltd., and produced by director Fan Haolun Studio.
"Why Sunshine" is still a youth inspirational movie, and like "My Hero", it is an inspirational fighting movie. The film tells the story between Yang Guang, who learns free fighting because of blindness, and Li Xiaonan, a teenager with a talent for free fighting.

Fan Haolun graduated from the Central Academy of Drama and is well known to a wide audience for playing one of the protagonists in the military-themed TV series "Fire Blue Blade". Subsequently, he starred in many popular dramas such as "Cover", "Ruyi", "Golden Jade Liangyuan", "Forgotten Time Love", "Special Mission" and so on. In 2015, Fan Haolun, who acted and directed well, launched his directorial debut "Where Are You", which was not only invited to participate in the world premiere of the 2016 Venice International Film Festival, but also the only Chinese film to participate in the Venice Film Festival that year. Subsequently, the film also won four awards at the fourth Vancouver Chinese Film Festival, namely Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress and Best Cinematography.
At the end of 2018, Fan Haolun filmed the first domestic women's fighting inspirational movie "My Hero" in Chongqing. When talking about Chongqing, where the film was filmed, Fan Haolun said that he is very familiar with Chongqing, whether it is Chongqing's yuzhong district with deep cultural heritage or the vibrant Jiangbei district, it has its own charm, and Chongqing's countless cuisines are also unforgettable.
Speaking of two sports-themed films in a row, Fan Haolun said: In foreign countries, sports films are a very mature and long-lasting genre, sports movies, especially boxing and fighting, are obviously more, and this time the challenge is greater, first of all, many children will be used as actors, and secondly, they want to present this film in the documentary language of documentaries, and finally all the actors will speak Chongqing dialect to shoot.
"Speaking Chongqing dialect" is not difficult for Peng Bo, an actor born and raised in Chongqing's Jiangbei District. After becoming popular because of the role of "Xie Xiaomeng" in "Crazy Stone", Peng Bo participated in many film and television dramas such as "Orphan of Zhao" and "The Rise of the Great Qin Empire". Participating in "Why Sunshine" this time, Peng Bo said that because he and director Fan Haolun have been good friends for many years, after ending the scene of a movie in Lanzhou, he rushed back to Chongqing to participate in the launching ceremony.

At the press conference, Fan Haolun told the upstream news Chongqing Morning News reporter that the entire location of "Why Sunshine" was selected from Chongqing, and some scenes will be filmed in Chongqing Yongchuan Banqiao Ancient Town, "Choosing here is because the fate of the characters in the film witnessed a change in the 1980s and 1990s and to the present era, and Banqiao Ancient Town can present the unique landform of Chongqing in the 1980s and 1990s."
Speaking of future shooting plans, Fan Haolun said, "I hope to present the cultural and international elements of Chongqing to the audience, and I also hope that my films will be filmed in Chongqing in the future."
