Adhere to the practice of grasping construction as a "material pool" for standardized activities, summarize and sort out the mature and traceable characteristic practices and effective methods of grasping the construction of grassroots units since 2021, and set up a comprehensive exhibition area to display and promote 26 achievements in construction, such as "the 'five-step method' of theoretical learning, the classroom of officers and soldiers, and the construction of the team of instructors".
"How to grasp the overall planning of the ideological and political education plan, how to operate the 'three thirds' work mode of the brigade, and how to ......organize the evaluation of the 'small scattered and straight' units" in view of the "joints", "common diseases" and "error-prone items" in the implementation of regular basic work, 5 standard films were filmed around 13 topics, and the grassroots construction of the corps was driven into the "fast lane" of shifting gears and speeding up.
