Qu Dajun (1630-1696), originally known as Shao Long, also known as Shao Long, no. non-chi, character saoyu, also spelled Weng Shan, Jiezi, no. vegetable garden, Guangdong Panyu people. A famous scholar and poet in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
In his early years, he was employed under Chen Bangyan, and in the second year of Shunzhi (1645), he supplemented nanhai county. In the fifth year, Shunzhi participated in the anti-Qing struggle of his teacher Chen Bangyan and others. Later, in order to avoid persecution by the Qing court, he cut his hair and became a monk, and named the residence "Death Temple" to show that he would not submit to the Qing court. During this period, he traveled all over the country to actively participate in anti-Qing activities in the name of huayuan, and sent information to Zheng Chenggong, a famous anti-Qing general, in order to guide Zheng's boat division to attack Nanjing along the coastal road. In the thirteenth year of the Kangxi Dynasty (1674), after Taiwan's return to the Qing court, it stopped its anti-Qing activities and shifted its focus to the collection and compilation of Guangdong literature, fangwu and palm history.
Together with Chen Gongyin and Liang Peilan, he is called "Lingnan Three Greats", and has the reputation of "Guangdong Xu Xiake". The poems have the legacy of Li Bai and Qu Yuan, and most of the works were destroyed in the Yongzheng and Qianlong dynasties, and later generations have compiled "Weng Shan Poetry Outside", "Weng Shan Wen Wai", "Weng Shan Yi Wai", "Guangdong New Language" and "Four Dynasties Chengren Record", collectively known as the "Five Books of Qutuo".
