Ingredients: 12 chicken wings, 200 g carrots, 10 g chopped green onion, 10 g sliced ginger, 150 g red wine, 50 g sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp peppercorns, 1 commercially available seasoning packet, 2 tbsp clear soup, 1 tbsp cooking oil
Start production:
1. Cut the carrots into thick diamond-shaped pieces, blanch in water and change the chicken wings to a knife.
2. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and marinate for 30 minutes with cooking wine, salt, pepper and peppercorns.
3. Place the chicken wings in a pot of boiling water and drain.
4. Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the green onion and ginger slices, add the chicken wings and stir-fry for a while.
5. Add red wine, clear soup, salt and sugar, add the seasoning packet and simmer over low heat until cooked until the flavor is clear.
6. When the chicken is cooked thoroughly and the soup is thick, remove the seasoning package and plate it.
