Phnom Penh, 19 Feb (China News Service) -- Cambodia's Sihanoukville Governor Guo Zongren recently said that Sihanoukville attaches great importance to and looks forward to the early completion of the Chinese consular office in Xigang and is willing to provide support and convenience to this end.
