'After he left, Chelsea almost collapsed!'
After Real Madrid's 1-0 win over Mallorca in La Liga, former German star Mesut Ozil said so.
He was complimenting defender Tony Rudiger, who scored the winner in the game, while also mocking the chaos Chelsea have had this year.
Rudiger moved to Real Madrid on a free transfer in the summer of 2022 and has played 24 games for the team this season, including the Champions League, 22 of which have started and played the full game.
'Look at what happened to Chelsea after he left, they [Chelsea] miss him every day," Ozil said. ”
