#今日所见所闻#
Today, I saw news reports that Jose Mourinho and his coaching team were touring various attractions in the city of Rome. To be honest, I was both relieved and moved to see this news. I am relieved that Jose Mourinho's coaching staff is still united and it is not too far before he returns to coaching. However, I was also a little moved because I knew that Mourinho had been fully committed to the Roma team for the past three years and had never had a casual report like this. His professionalism and dedication are both admirable and distressing. This also explains why, even though he has left the Roma team, Roma fans are still grateful and respectful of him.
Where will Jose Mourinho's next stop be? By taking a closer look at the teams he has coached in the past, I find that Jose Mourinho tends to take over teams with two principles.
1. Refuse to lie flat
Mu Shuai, like Gua Shuai, is a famous coach who reached the peak as soon as he debuted. However, there are clear differences in their coaching paths. Unlike many coaches, Jose Mourinho has won 26 trophies in his coaching career, but he is not keen on collecting trophies.
Instead, he was more of an intrepid explorer, inheriting the adventurous spirit of a Portuguese navigator. When it comes to choosing a team to coach, he prefers to take on the challenge and choose teams that are extremely challenging rather than teams that can easily lie flat and win the league title. This pursuit and persistence in challenging has made Mourinho's coaching career full of ups and downs and exciting.
1. Chelsea
After successfully leading Porto to the Champions League title in the early days of his tenure, Jose Mourinho did not choose to join any of the big clubs of the time, but chose Chelsea, who did not have a Premier League title. His goal is clear: to build Chelsea into a Premier League giant like Manchester United and Arsenal. From this choice, it can be seen that Mourinho is eager to take on a bigger challenge and through his own hard work and intelligence, he will shape a team with unlimited potential into a true champion.
2. Inter Milan
I believe that few people will think that Mourinho's Inter Milan can win the Champions League. However, Moratti's trust in Mourinho is unwavering. It is this trust that has allowed Mourinho to lead Inter to write a glorious chapter in the history of Serie A, becoming the only Serie A team to win the treble so far. The experience once again proved Mourinho's extraordinary coaching ability and Moratti's desire for titles. Together, they have created legends in football and made their Inter a symbol of the times.
3. Real Madrid
Real Madrid's arrival at the coach came at a low point in the team's history. The title of 16 Lang in the Champions League is undoubtedly a great insult to Real Madrid, and Pep Guardiola's Barcelona's dominance in La Liga puts Real Madrid president Florentino's position in jeopardy. In this predicament, Real Madrid not only succeeded in overthrowing Barcelona's rule, but also set a horrific goal record of 331 goals in 122 games. This achievement still eclipses all "offensive football" to this day.
4. Chelsea Phase II
When Jose Mourinho returned to the reins of Chelsea, he once again showed his managerial qualities. With Abu's support, he managed to lead Chelsea to the long-awaited Premier League trophy. To date, three of Chelsea's five Premier League trophies have come under Jose Mourinho. A testament to Jose Mourinho's managerial status and influence at Chelsea, he is undoubtedly the greatest coach in the history of this team.
5. Manchester United
With Manchester United, I don't think the boss failed. Instead, he helped United regain their former glory. He managed to bring new hope to the team and achieved the feat of a Grand Slam by winning the Europa League, which was unprecedented in Manchester United's history. However, the management's pursuit of commercial interests and traffic has gradually deviated from Mourinho's football philosophy and goals. In the end, Manchester United went further and further on the road of pursuing traffic, and gradually drifted away from the former Red Devils.
6. Tottenham
I think Tottenham have been a huge setback in Jose Mourinho's managerial career and the only team he's been haunted by. The reason is that Levy, the club's small owner, chose to part ways with Mourinho on the eve of the final because of a disagreement with Mourinho on his attitude towards the European Super League. For Levy, who loves money, the appeal of the European Super League is undoubtedly more appealing than that of the championship. The experience was a heavy blow to Jose Mourinho as he failed to bring back the title glory to Tottenham fans.
7. Rome
We must admit that Jose Mourinho's full two seasons at Roma were undoubtedly a huge success. To be able to lead the team to the European final for the second year in a row is a great success in itself. However, not everyone understands and appreciates Mourinho's contributions, especially those who are bent on criticism and accusations, as well as some short-sighted people in the Roma management. They seem to have forgotten that no Champions League team survives on sales, free signings and loans. Jose Mourinho's talent and hard work, as well as his contribution to the team, have been recognised and respected by the players and fans alike.
Second, the desire for a champion
Football is a team sport, and individual heroism is hard to achieve. The main problem with Jose Mourinho's experiences at Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Roma was that he was too influential. And the owners of Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Roma were initially motivated not to seek the title but to capitalise on his popularity and traffic. In contrast, Chelsea's Abou, Inter's Moratti and Real Madrid's Florentino are more focused on winning the title and prioritising it.
To sum up, I think Mourinho is more inclined to look for teams that not only have the ambition to win the title, but are not absolutely strong enough to easily monopolize the title. Such a team needs his wisdom and coaching talent to challenge for higher glory together. He once said: "It has long been destined that I can only pick flowers among thorns." But it's important to be persistent with victory and belief. "Every choice Mourinho has been full of adventure, and this persistent pursuit of victory and belief has allowed him to leave his own unique legend in the football world, and has also won the love and respect of countless fans.
