Hu Jianjun, with deep characters, alias Huangshan Mengzi, is a native of Huangshan, Anhui. Born in July 1967 in the northern foot of Huangshan Xianyuan Ancient Town, a scholarly family, in 1985 to work in Huangshan Scenic Area, hobby calligraphy and painting, is currently the director of Huangshan Artists Association Huangshan Sketch Creation Base, Executive Vice President of Anhui Branch of Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Vice President of Henan Shaolin Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Deputy Director of Huangshan Hanshi Art Museum, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Member of Anhui Artists Association, Member of Anhui Photographers Association. Under the guidance of Geng Ming and Zhu Feng, he conscientiously copied the masterpieces of the Song and Yuan Dynasty under the teaching of the two mentors, studied and practiced traditional techniques diligently, and made great progress in painting. Because of the long-term work in the Huangshan Scenic Area, often get the guidance and teaching of famous calligraphers and painters, coupled with the long-term sketching and creation in the Yellow Mountain, the teaching method is natural, the painting brush and ink are clear, vivid and distinct, and the artistic conception is profound, which has won the appreciation of the two mentors.
Zhang Song, director of the Chinese Artists Association and chairman of the Anhui Provincial Artists Association, and a famous painter, commented: "The Jianjun Ren brother wrote the long scroll of the Yellow Mountain in scorched ink, which is unique, the picture is ups and downs, the charm is vivid, and the majestic trend of the Yellow Mountain jumps on the paper."
Mr. Geng Ming, vice chairman of the Anhui Provincial Artists Association, called his paintings: "clear style, delicate and aura". Teacher Zhu Feng wrote an inscription on his paintings: "The landscape of the deep ink method is very hard, witty and natural, and has a sense of meaning." In recent years, his works have been published in provincial and municipal books and periodicals, and have been collected by friends from many countries, and are deeply loved by experts and calligraphy and painting lovers.

In November 2017, his work "Huangshan Songyun" was selected as a gift by the Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee and presented to UNESCO officials.
