In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the responsibility system of "whoever enforces the law shall popularize the law", continue to deepen the education of youth tax rule of law, educate and guide children to understand the tax law, explore taxation, and enhance the awareness of the whole society of tax law, the tax departments of 11 provinces and cities, including the Xiamen Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation and the Qingdao Municipal Taxation Bureau, jointly launched the "Taxation Brings the Beauty of the Motherland" children's painting competition on the 33rd National Tax Publicity Month.
1. The purpose of the activity
Guide children to use the brush in their hands to draw the blueprint of taxation in their hearts, and stimulate the enthusiasm of children to learn tax law and understand taxation from an early age. Give full play to the role of "small hands join hands with big hands, relay the tax law", influence families through children, and create a strong atmosphere of honest tax payment in the whole society.
II. Conquest of Works
(1) Conditions of participation
Preschool children and primary school students in the city can sign up.
From the perspective of children and teenagers, the work aims to focus on the theme of "Taxation Brings the Beauty of the Motherland", and expresses Xiamen's urban changes, taxation and life, taxation and environment, taxation and civilization, taxation and the future, and the tax stories around me in the form of paintings.
The subject matter and style of the work are not limited, and the work must be original.
(2) How to participate
The activity adopts the method of decentralized creation and centralized awards. Each person is limited to 1 draft, and the entries should fill in the "Entry Information Form" and send it to the submission mailbox, which can be sent by the school or individually. The name of the email should indicate the name of the school and the name of the individual. Paper works will be mailed or sent to the Taxation Bureau of Xiang'an District, Xiamen City, the State Administration of Taxation (Address: Room 306, Building 1, No. 1888, Hongxiang West Road, Xiang'an District, Xiamen City). Manuscripts will not be returned, please keep your own manuscripts.

3. Competition grouping
