First of all, the first step, we prepare the ingredients: 400g of northern tofu, 100g of minced pork, 10g of minced chili pepper, 10g of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 20ml of oil, 60g of water, 15g of sugar, 10g of light soy sauce, 10g of balsamic vinegar, 2g of starch, 2g of salt.
1: Add salt, sugar, starch, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and water to the bowl and stir well into a sauce for later. Cut the northern tofu into 1 cm thick slices;
2: Fry 20ml oil in a pan over medium heat until the surface of the tofu is golden brown, then set aside;
3: Add the remaining oil in the pot to the minced meat, fry until the oil comes out, add ginger, garlic and minced pepper and stir-fry until the soup is slightly thick, then add tofu and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle a little green onion before cooking.
