1. The first ingredients to be prepared are glutinous rice, red beans and dates.
Pour glutinous rice into a bowl and then soak in water for one night. Pour the red beans you need into a bowl and soak in water. Soak the glutinous rice and red beans in advance, so that the prepared rice dumplings are cooked well, and the rice dumplings will not be sandwiched inside.
2, 5 yuan from the supermarket to buy a box of dates, and then cut all the dates smaller for later.
After soaking glutinous rice and red beans overnight, rinse them again.
Find a larger basin and pour the washed glutinous rice and red beans into the basin, as well as the cut dates. Add a spoonful of alkali noodles to it and stir well, and add alkali noodles here to make it ripen faster.
3, I prepared 10 bamboo tubes here, which have been cleaned and tied. Today I use this bamboo tube to make bamboo tube rice dumplings, which can be bought online and very cheap.
Then put the glutinous rice and red beans and dates that have just been stirred into these bamboo tubes, and when you put them inside, you can put them inside and press them tightly. Don't pack it too loosely, otherwise the steamed rice dumplings will not be formed. After filling, it is tightly stuffed with a wooden stopper.
4: Go down and put all the filled bamboo tubes into a larger pot and pour enough water at once. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 2 hours.
When the time comes, turn off the heat, take out the bamboo tube rice dumplings and put them in a cold water basin to cool. This way, it is not hot when de-molding, and it is good to release the mold.
After the bamboo tube is cooled, the rope tied to it is untied, and a bamboo stick is inserted from one end to the other, and the bamboo piece is broken, and the rice dumpling is taken out.
