Ouyang Xuan was a famous politician, historian, and writer in the Yuan Dynasty, a generation of literary sects, and the leader of the literary world. As far as we know, there are 7 inscriptions such as "Title Li Bai on the Balcony", "Title Lu Cambodia's Wenfu", "Title Cao E's Words", etc., all of which are famous works. There are 4 pieces of independent calligraphy, of which 3 pieces are in the public collection of the Palace Museum in Beijing, including "The Story of Chunhui Hall" and "Stickers of the Year", and 3 pieces of "Poems for Wang Jijing" in the Shanghai Museum, and 1 piece of "The First Poem of Xie This Mountain" in the private collection.
Ouyang Xuan (1283-1358), a famous politician, historian and writer in the Yuan Dynasty, was originally known as Gui Zhai, also known as Shuanghua Mountain, Pingxin Old Man, a native of Liuyang, Hunan, his ancestral home was Jiangxi, and he was of Ouyang Xiu's ethnicity. In the second year of Yanyou (1315), he was a scholar of Jinshi, a doctor of Guozi, a doctor of the Hanlin Academy and an editor of the National History Academy, a bachelor of Hanlin and a scholar of the country, a bachelor of Hanlin and a scholar of the country, and the president of the three histories of the Liao, Song and Jin dynasties, and was specially awarded the right Cheng Zhishi of Huguang Province, known as the "generation of grandmasters", and Wu Cheng, Yu Ji, and Jiejiesi were called "Yuan Four Bachelors"
Ouyang Xuan is the ethnic group of Ouyang Xiu, and the ancestral family entered Liuyang in Hunan from Luling, Jiangxi Province during the Northern Song Dynasty. Ouyang Xuan was unusually smart in his childhood, showing extraordinary talent, and in the first year of Yanyou (1314), Ouyang Xuan took "Tianma Fu" as the first place in the Huguang Provincial Examination. In the second year of Yanyou (1315), Renzong edicted the imperial examination, and Ouyang Xuanden was ranked third in the first class of Jinshi in the Yimao Branch on the left list (Han and Nanren), and since then he has entered the official career.
Ouyang Xuan's "Xie This Mountain's First Poem" was written and donated to the Japanese monk who studied in Liuyang Shishuang Temple for 25 years.
