According to the provisions of the Labor Law, if an employer arranges an employee to work overtime on a statutory holiday, i.e., May 1, it shall pay an overtime wage of not less than 300% of the employee's daily wage, and shall not replace it with compensatory leave, etc.; From May 2 to 5, if the employer arranges the employee to work but cannot arrange compensatory leave, it shall pay overtime wages at a rate not less than 200% of the employee's daily or hourly wage.
