Recently, the practice of "returning to hometown" social practice in Lijin County was recommended by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. Since the launch of the social practice of "returning to hometown" for college students across the country, the Lijin County Committee of the Communist Youth League has taken "gathering the strength of youth and serving the overall situation of the service center" as the overall goal of the social practice work of "returning to hometown", adhered to the problem-oriented, solved the "three problems", built a bridge between the students from Lijin and their hometowns, and continued to deepen the effectiveness of the social practice of "returning to their hometowns" for college students.

Actively connect with high school (vocational) schools in Lijin County, and try to grasp the information of students who have graduated from high schools (vocational) in Lijin and have been admitted to colleges and universities in recent years. At the same time, considering the outflow of junior high school students to the high school (vocational) schools directly under the municipal level, with the assistance of the higher departments, and the synchronous statistical docking with the schools in the city, based on which a "primary database" of more than 8,000 people was initially established.
Push the statistical information to "expand the stock". In order to ensure the accuracy of the information of students from Lijin abroad, the "local push" method is adopted to verify the basic information, contact information, employment and entrepreneurship intentions and other information by telephone one by one, and at the same time mobilize the students who "return to their hometowns" to participate in the social practice. Through our efforts, we have established contact with 7,054 Lijin students who have graduated from high school (vocational) in the past five years, verified the information, and established an "advanced version" of the college student database.
Hierarchical contact management, able to "keep in touch". Nine WeChat exchange groups have been established in different provinces, and all 7,000 students have been included, and they will be classified according to their schools and majors to achieve "centralized + classified" management. On the basis of the regular update of the information of college students and college graduates, the "Blue Bird Plan" Lijin college student information system is established to realize the intelligent management of student information "on the cloud" and ensure the security of personal information. Up to now, the database covers a total of 10,672 Lijin college students from 307 universities, and the system has been built to enter the test, which has a special function of embedding the SMS sending module, which can quickly screen individual or group SMS for personnel.

Focus on the subtleties to meet the needs of internship and employment. In order to meet the needs of young students for internship and training before employment, we solicit positions in the fields of Lijin County, townships (streets), key enterprises and other fields, and establish "three banks" for internship practice positions, namely the "Enterprise Internship and Employment Position Library" covering 27 enterprises and more than 800 positions, the "Government Affairs Internship Job Library" covering 45 units and 195 positions, and the "Firefly School Volunteer Service Post" covering more than 10 communities and nearly 300 villages to meet the different internship practice needs of students. In 2023, a total of 536 positions will be released, attracting more than 3,000 college students to sign up, and accurately matching 783 college students to participate in internship practice.
Focusing on school-local cooperation, we will promote the implementation and transformation of achievements. Actively provide support for students to play a role in the school, invite a practical research team to Lijin County to carry out activities, and deepen school-local cooperation. Since 2023, 106 students from 13 colleges and universities, including Nankai University and Ocean University of China, have come to Lijin County for practical research. Among them, the College of Fisheries of Ocean University of China formed a practice team of master's and doctoral students to carry out research on the development of three types of industries, and signed a cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Mingji Township.
Focus on the life of students and set up a rich activity carrier. To create the brand of "Blue Bird Student Festival", a total of 4 categories and 23 activities have been planned since 2023, so that students can return to their hometowns "promising and interesting". Carry out the social practice exchange activities of college students of the Lijin-Youyang "Blue Bird Plan", and send 10 people to form a practice group to carry out a 10-day practical research activity in two places. The "Starry Sky Night Market" was held to allow students to experience a "one-stop" "eating, drinking, entertainment and shopping" in their hometown. Launched short video solicitation activities such as "Blue Bird Students Go Home for the New Year", and the cumulative number of clicks exceeded 500,000 times.

"How to not lose contact and keep the line after the 'sweet period'"

Every year, through the social practice activity of "returning to hometown", a group of young students with excellent performance and enthusiasm for their hometown can be discovered, and the role of such students can be paid attention to, and the "campus talent introduction ambassadors" can be innovatively planned and selected, so as to mobilize them to give full play to the unique advantages of extensive contacts and help their hometown recruit talents. Up to now, a total of 100 students from Peking University, Tsinghua University and other well-known universities have been selected to serve as "campus talent introduction ambassadors", and more than 150 visits and exchange activities have been spontaneously organized, and more than 160 people have provided volunteer services for talent recruitment activities in the county.
Regularly "go to colleges and universities". It has signed cooperation agreements with many colleges and universities inside and outside the province to realize multi-dimensional cooperation in internship practice and employment recruitment. It is planned to hold a series of activities to promote the "Hui Chile and Tianjin" college tour, and widely mobilize Lijin students to participate in it to help attract talents at the county level. Since 2023, more than 30 universities and research institutes inside and outside Beijing, Tianjin, Northeast, Northwest and other provinces have been sent to extensively contact Lijin college students through the "Campus Talent Introduction Ambassador" and "Blue Bird Plan" previous internship practice students, and more than 420 Lijin students have participated in the county's recruitment activities through volunteer service, mobilization and organization.
Build a "bridge bond". Carry out the theme activity of "Meet Lijin" to promote and recommend hometowns, and explore the charm of Lijin from the perspective of young people. Real-time push of the production of "Lijin Appointment" and other videos and pictures to promote the county's cultural customs, development and change, so that students can become "promotion officers" to promote their hometown. Mobilize students in school to produce a series of short videos and literary works such as "I am in a distant place, bless Lijin" to convey their love for their hometown. Since 2023, a total of 4 sessions have been carried out, and more than 260 young students have investigated key enterprises and key projects in the county to experience the rapid development of their hometown. Combined with the needs of internships and employment, more than 10 types of activities such as youth roundtables have been organized, with a total of more than 2,000 people participating.
