The CCF Information System Committee (tcis.ccf.org.cn) is a second-level professional branch established by CCF (CCF TCIS), whose history can be traced back to the establishment of the Computer Non-Numerical Applications Group in May 1982, and is one of the oldest professional committees of CCF. Under the direct leadership of CCF, the special committee is the main body of CCF's academic activities in the field of computer information system, promotes and organizes academic and technical exchanges in information systems, studies the development strategy and application promotion of information system technology, promotes the construction and development of this discipline, and enhances the value of information systems in various industries in society. The work of the special committee covers the fields of informatics, management, sociology, systems engineering, behavioral science, ergonomics and other basic theories, as well as supporting technologies such as computers, artificial intelligence, and communications, which belong to complex large-scale systems science and engineering. The special committee pursues the concept of "harmonious development" and wholeheartedly provides a platform for communication, cooperation and development for members. The executive committee members are mainly composed of experts, scholars, professors, and senior engineers in various industries related to computer information systems.
In recent years, the special committee has actively carried out academic exchanges, scientific popularization, industry-university cooperation, information system competitions, development strategy research, professional and technical standard formulation and consulting and evaluation services, including CCF China Information Systems and Application Conference (CCF WISA), CCF China Information System Strategy Seminar (CCF FISS), CCF Information System Special Committee Enlightenment Meeting, CCF Information System Special Committee Frontier Tour/Old Area Tour/Entering Universities/Enterprises, CCF Information System Open Projects, CCF Information System Special Committee Innovation Design Competition, etc. There are 285 executive members of the special committee, in order to maintain the vitality of the special committee and promote the exchange and cooperation of personnel in the field of computer information systems at home and abroad, the special committee is now open to the 2024 executive member co-optation work, welcome to join the CCF information system special committee, this harmonious and friendly family.
Qualifications: CCF members with associate senior titles or above in academia or business at home and abroad (QR code attached), with high-level research achievements in computer information system related fields, members of the CCF Information System Committee (see "Special Instructions" below), and willing to actively participate in the activities of the CCF Information System Committee; Particularly outstanding members with intermediate titles may also be considered, and professionals from the business sector are particularly encouraged to apply for executive membership of the committee.

(Note: The 2 referees must be the current executive members of the special committee, the list query website is https://www.ccf.org.cn/Chapters/TC/TC_Listing/TCIS_/, and the name and opinions of the recommenders need to be filled in the electronic application form, and the signatures can be re-signed after the successful election of the executive members.) )
Instructions for application: The current executive committee members can recommend up to 3 candidates per year, and the chairman, vice chairmen and secretary-general can recommend up to 5 candidates per year. The results of this application will be voted on at the working meeting of the Standing Committee of the Special Committee to be held during the "21st CCF China Information System and Application Conference (WISA 2024)" (August 2-4, 2024) (applicants must register to participate in the meeting, and the election speech of the executive committee will be conducted on the spot, and the standing committee members of the special committee will be elected by secret ballot; Candidates who do not attend the meeting in person will be deemed to have automatically given up the opportunity to participate in the election).

Special note: According to the new regulations of the CCF, CCF professional members will join the special committee and become its members after following the relevant special committee through the CCF membership system, and then can change the special committee of concern once a year. Members do not have the right to vote or to be elected in the special committee, but they have the right to evaluate the special committee. The original members of the special committee are automatically promoted to executive members of the special committee, and enjoy the right to vote, the right to be elected, and the right to evaluate the special committee.
