II. Registration Instructions

(1) How to register

Natural persons, legal persons and other organizations with independent capacity for civil conduct may apply to participate. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

1. Legal persons and other organizations hold a copy of a valid business license, an account opening permit (the copy is stamped with the official seal), a legal person identity certificate and a copy of the front and back of the ID card. (If you entrust another person to handle it, you must submit: power of attorney of legal person, ID card of the agent and the front and back of the copy), and go through the bidding registration procedures after paying the bidding deposit according to the regulations;

2. The natural person shall hold the front and back of his or her valid ID card, and go through the bidding registration procedures after paying the bidding deposit according to the regulations.

(2) The method of payment and refund of the security deposit

1. Only one target can be traded by paying a deposit, and if you want to bid for multiple targets, the deposit will be extrapolated (Note: the corresponding bidding deposit for each subject is shown in the table). If the bidder defaults, the bidding deposit will not be refunded as liquidated damages.

2. The deposit paid by the bidder shall be subject to the account before 16:30 on July 8, 2024, the deadline for deposit payment, and the bidding deposit must be transferred to the deposit account by transfer, online banking and wire transfer.

3. After the end of the auction, the bidding deposit paid by the lessee will be converted into the transaction price, and the deposit paid by other bidders will be refunded to the original account without interest within 5 working days after the end of the event.

(3) Special instructions

1. After the auction and lease transaction, the lessee enjoys the rights of management, use, income and other rights of the house during the lease period. After the expiration of the lease, it shall be unconditionally recovered by the relevant owner, and the lessee shall have priority under the same conditions.

2. The client entrusts the auction with the status quo of the subject matter, and the bidder shall conduct an on-site investigation and fully understand the status quo of the subject matter, and shall not refuse to pay the bidding transaction price on the grounds of the current status of any subject matter after the bidding.

3. The lessee shall be responsible for all the expenses incurred during the lease period, and the client shall no longer bear any costs; At the expiration of the lease term, the client is not responsible for compensating the tenant for the investment in the decoration and decoration of the house during the lease period; Without the consent of the client, the tenant shall not change the original structure of the house without authorization, and all responsibilities and consequences caused by illegal use shall be borne by the tenant.
