In order to effectively promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship among veterans and further create a first-class business environment in Changning District, on June 28, the District Veterans Affairs Bureau held the 2024 Symposium on Cadres and Entrepreneurs with Independent Employment Choices and the theme release event of "Rongqing Changning".
In recent years, the District Veterans Affairs Bureau has helped veterans innovate and start businesses in Changning from many aspects such as policy support, efficient service and carrier empowerment. It is understood that at present, there are more than 300 enterprises founded by retired soldiers in Changning District.
"I hope that the 'pioneers' of Changning military entrepreneurship enterprises can attract more veterans with entrepreneurial intentions to Changning, actively promote the cultivation of excellent entrepreneurial projects in Changning, and help more veteran entrepreneurs develop and grow." Xu Daping, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the District Veterans Affairs Bureau, said.
During the event, representatives of military enterprises introduced and exchanged views on personal entrepreneurial experience, business practice, project development prospects, etc., and put forward opinions and suggestions on how to build a good environment for the employment and entrepreneurship of veterans in Changning District.
It is worth mentioning that the District Veterans Affairs Bureau released the "Rongqing Changning" service brand, and through the four major actions of "solidifying the soul, empowering, warming, and moistening the heart", it has "responded to the requests" of the majority of cadres who choose their own jobs, so that they can truly feel the warm service of Changning.
