Guorui Technology's latest claim news:
On June 26, 2024, Xie Baoping's financial and securities team submitted a new batch of 300,600 Guorui Technology investor claim filing materials to the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou Municipality, Jiangsu Province. These investors sued Guorui Technology for losses caused by its misrepresentation and demanded compensation.
Prior to this, on May 17, 2024, Changshu Guorui Technology Co., Ltd. received the Administrative Penalty Decision ([2024] No. 42) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
After investigation, Guorui Technology has the following illegal facts:
(1) Guorui Technology's participation in the false self-circulation business of private network communication
(2) False records in Guorui Technology's 2020 annual report
The SFC intends to decide:
1. Guorui Technology was ordered to make corrections, given a warning, and fined 2 million yuan;
2. Give warnings to Li Jining, Gong Ruiliang, and Lu Guoliang, and impose fines of 600,000 yuan respectively;
3. Wang Dong and Ren Zengqiang were given warnings and fined 500,000 yuan respectively.
According to the Securities Law and the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Trial of Civil Compensation Cases Arising from False Statements in the Securities Market, listed companies shall be liable for civil compensation if their rights and interests are damaged due to illegal information disclosure and misrepresentation, and the injured investors have the right to claim compensation for losses.
The reference conditions for Guorui Technology's claim are as follows:
Those who bought 300,600 Guorui Technology between April 26, 2021 and July 12, 2021, and sold or continued to hold it after July 13, 2021 (inclusive).
