Zhang Zhuo, general manager of BYD's marine network sales division, revealed that the production version of the OCEAN-M concept car will be launched in the third quarter, which is positioned as a hatchback pure electric sedan, with single/dual motors optional, which can be called a small steel cannon. The new car has previously been declared with names such as Seal X, Seal MINI and Seal 06 GT, but the latest test car is labeled with the Seal 06 GT tail badge, or the final name. The new model is available with a choice of 59.52 kWh or 72.96 kWh lithium iron phosphate batteries, with a maximum range of 605 km in the CLTC.

BYD Sales launched a guess on the starting price of the Seal X (not finalized), and as of press time, a total of 32 people participated in the vote, and the most (17 people) chose "99,800 yuan".

The new car is equipped with a three-spoke steering wheel, independent LCD instrument cluster, integrated seats, a floating central control screen, a wireless charging pad for mobile phones, an integrated central armrest and BYD's DiLink intelligent car machine system.
