On June 19, Xiao Peng's mother and younger brother went to a nearby mountain to pick mushrooms and "mistakenly brought back the poisonous Amanita phalloides"; At noon that day, Xiao Peng's grandfather came to visit relatives, and among the meals we ate together, there were mushrooms picked from the mountains.
