In order to meet the needs of national defense and military modernization in the new era, and to encourage college graduates to actively enlist in the army, in accordance with the "Military Service Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on Conscription", and "Implementation Opinions on Recruiting Graduates with Bachelor's Degree or above in Combination with Public Recruitment in Public Institutions" (Binzheng [2022] No. 40) documents, Huimin County's recruitment of graduates with a bachelor's degree or above is hereby announced as follows:
1. Scope and conditions of solicitation
1. Male graduates with household registration in Huimin County and bachelor's degree or above from National Education University. (The household registration must be obtained before July 1, 2024, and the graduation certificate must be obtained before July 31, 2024).
Full-time graduates of senior technical schools (technician colleges) who have obtained the professional qualification of preparatory technician (technician) at the time of graduation can participate in recruitment according to undergraduate graduates.
2. The age should meet the age requirements for the recruitment of male conscripts in the second half of 2024.

3. Solicitation Procedures
(1) Applicants for recruitment on the national conscription network
Recruits are logged on to the national conscription network
(https://www.gfbzb.gov.cn/), fill in personal information completely and accurately according to the process, print the "Registration Form for College Students" and improve the learning and work experience since primary school.
(2) Solicitation of examination registrations
Registration time: 09:00 on July 1, 2024 - 17:00 on July 5, 2024.
Applicants log in to the website of the People's Government of Huimin County (http://www.huimin.gov.cn/), enter the "Notice Announcement" column, click on the "2024 Huimin County Combined with Public Institutions Open Recruitment Recruitment Enrollment Entrance for Graduates with Bachelor's Degree or above", fill in the relevant registration information and submit the stamped "Registration Form for College Students" (Senior Technical School (Technician College) that has obtained the professional qualification of preparatory technician (technician) upon graduation Full-time graduates are required to upload the enlistment registration certificate issued by the Enlistment Office of the People's Government of Huimin County. Color scanned copy (PDF version), upload a one-inch recent bareheaded frontal photo of yourself.
(3) Physical examination and political assessment
In accordance with the "Standards for Physical Examination of Conscripted Citizens" and the "Regulations on the Political Assessment of Military Recruitment and Recruitment Personnel", it will be organized and implemented by the Enlistment Office of the People's Government of Huimin County, and will be completed before July 30, 2024, and the specific time and place will be notified by the Enlistment Office of the People's Government of Huimin County.
(4) Examinations
If the qualification review of the solicitation examination is not reached, the solicitation plan will be reduced accordingly.
The examination is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which are calculated on a 100-point scale.
1. Written test
Online payment and printing of the written test admission ticket time: 09:00 on August 1, 2024 - 09:30 on August 3, 2024, and the written test administration fee is 40 yuan per person per session.
Written test content: basic knowledge of the public.
Written test time: August 3, 2024, please refer to the written test admission ticket for the specific time and place.
Those who take the written test can take the written test with the written test admission ticket and their second-generation resident ID card (or temporary ID card) within the validity period.
2. Interview
Interview time: August 10, 2024, please see the interview admission ticket for the specific time and place, and the printing time of the interview admission ticket will be announced separately. The interview fee is 70 yuan per person per session.
Candidates for interview qualifications will be determined in order from high to low scores in the ratio of 1:3, and all candidates will enter the interview when the specified ratio is not reached. If the last candidate to enter the interview qualification has the same score in the written test, he will enter the interview scope together.
The interview is conducted in a structured interview mode, which mainly examines the comprehensive quality of the recruited personnel. The minimum passing score for the interview is 70 points, and those below 70 points will not be recruited.
After the interview, the total score of the test will be synthesized according to the proportion of the written test score and the interview score accounting for 50% respectively, and the written test score, interview score and total test score will be calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa will be rounded. According to the total score of the examination, the list of personnel who submit the file for review will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1.5 from the high score to the low score, and the last person with the same total score of the examination will enter together. Before August 23, 2024, applicants who enter the scope of file review need to submit their files to the organization and human resources and social security departments.
According to the total score of the examination and the solicitation plan, the personnel to be recruited shall be determined in equal amounts. If the total score of the last person to be recruited is the same, it will be determined according to the written test score from high to low; If it is still the same, the experts will be organized to re-propose the interview of the personnel with the same total score, and the order of the re-interview results will be determined.
(5) Organize publicity
The personnel to be recruited will be publicized for 7 working days. If there are objections during the publicity period, the relevant departments shall investigate and handle them in accordance with the relevant provisions. After investigation, if the problem does not affect the solicitation, the solicitation qualifications will continue to be retained; and where it affects the solicitation and verification, the solicitation qualifications are to be cancelled. After the announcement, the vacancy plan will not be filled.
(6) Examination and approval of troop recruitment
The enlistment office of the People's Government of Huimin County will include the personnel in the scope of recruitment through publicity, and give priority to the examination and approval of recruitment in accordance with the "Shandong Provincial Conscription Work Specification", combined with the physical examination, the requirements of the military and the troops, and personal wishes.
(7) Sign the agreement
The enlistment office of the people's government of Huimin County, together with the departments of organization, establishment, human resources and social security, and veterans' affairs, signed an agreement with the conscripts.
(8) Organize the selection of posts
The recruited personnel do not go through the employment formalities for the time being, and after the completion of the compulsory military service period, the veterans' affairs management department shall quantify the performance of the troops, determine the order of post selection according to the quantitative score of the score, and organize the selection of posts, and if the score is the same, the order of post selection shall be determined according to the total score of the pre-enlistment examination, and the order of post selection shall be determined according to the score of the written examination from high to low if the total score of the pre-enlistment examination is the same.
4. Miscellaneous

2. The political evaluation of the solicitation personnel shall run through the entire process, and the personnel who violate the discipline of the solicitation shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions.
3. Those who fail to obtain the graduation certificate within the specified time and fill in false information or obtain the qualification for the solicitation through improper means will be disqualified once verified.
4. If the recruited personnel are unable to enlist and serve in the army due to personal reasons, their qualifications for conscription will be cancelled.
